Apple Mail SMTP Authentication Instructions

1. Open Apple Mail
2. Click ‘Mail’, and select ‘Preferences…’

3. Open the ‘Accounts’ tab, and highlight the account on the left hand side.

4. Ensure the Incoming mailserver is set to mail.brazosnet.com .
5. Under ‘Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP):’ , click ‘Server Settings’

6. Ensure that smtp.brazosnet.com is in the ‘Outgoing Mail Server’
7. Select ‘Password’ next to ‘Authentication:’ and enter your email address and password.

8. Click ‘OK’.
